Source: Gladys Treadway. - No will was located but was an inventory and appraisement recorded in Macon, Macon, MO. Also Gladys Treadway has a copy of Declaration of election by widow to take child's share., Macon Co., Missouri 1924. That paper states daughter was adopted. Pearl Lowe was the daughter of Lev's daughter Laura and Henry Lowe. Never located any actual adoption papers. Pearl did live with Levi and wife Mary for many years.
