Floretta "Flora" Greathouse
 Notes:
Flora was never married. per Dawn Watson. Otto Weaver was a worker on the Greathouse farm, and that is how he met Floretta. There is no proof that Floretta and and Otto were ever married. Some family stories state that they may have gotten married without their families' consent, and shortly thereafter were separated by their families. Another story is that they were married, but that the Weaver family wanted Otto and Flora to move to town, and the Greathouse family wanted them to stay on the farm, and the disagreement of the parents caused the separation of the couple.
The 1880 census of Miami Co., IN, shows Otto's father as Daniel, born 1828 in OH.
Floretta was known to have had two children, Glen and Jimmy or James, born April 1900. Otto was father of Glen who was raised by his grandfather, George Greathouse and given the last name of Greathouse. Jimmy was also raised by George and is believed to have also taken the last name Greathouse and to have had two daughters. Floretta never did marry anyone and died at a young age when Glen was 6-9 years old, the 1900 census of Harrison Twp lists George, His daughter Flora, Glen and a baby.
Flora married.
