Norma Hickson says this may be someone else's son and that Isaac's son was M. Alston Greathouse, born Nov. 1881 and in the 1900 census.
M. Alston Greathouse married Louisa V. Simms in Barbour Co., AL 18 Mar 1901.

The 1880 census clearly shows Alsion as the son of Isaac, but no confirmation of the middle initial - and the 1900 clearly shows Alston born later.
Are there two sons? I believe so. Alison could have been elsewhere in 1900.
