Martin married Gladys Irene Greathouse, daughter of John Greathouse and Clara Belle Stevens, on 12 Jul 1941 in Lasalle, , Illinois. (Gladys Irene Greathouse was born on 10 May 1902 in , Brown County, Indiana and died on 9 Aug 1979.)
