I have their parents listed as George Kramer Hoover and Feronica Hoover. This isn't unusual; the Hoover name has changed more than once. While both George and Feronica are connected, way, way back (Martin Huber, Sr., born c. 1525) the branches both immigrated from different part of the Palatinate at different times, and it's possible that one branch stuck with Huber while the other changed it to Hoover. And it's quite possible that Fanny is the name she went by. 62
