There is a Virginia V. Raymer, born 14 Feb 1913 in the Social Security Death Index (350-09-3905), but in the 1920 census, listed with her father, she was 5/12 (maybe 2/12 - hard to read). And in the 1930 census, listed with her father, she was 11. So, she should have been born in 1919, not 1913. Don't believe this is the right Virginia.
