NOTES: Birth order may not be correct for Cornelis and his sister Maritje. Coulter believed that Grietje Cornelis, who married Jan Willemsen De Duyster and is the mother of Cornelis De Duyster, may have been the daughter of Cornelis Leenderts. Cornelis De Duyster married Leonora De Hooges, and is the father of Margriet De Duyster, who married Jacob Westfall. Jacob and Margriet are the parents of Marie Westfall, who married Thomas Schoonover.
