Gustavus Beall pleaded for delaying paying Benjamin's estate, because Samuel had died in Indiana owing him money and Samuel's probate would take a long time. (Allegany Co.169) Possibly the Samuel who witnessed in 18 Feb 1803, Adams, Co., MS Ter. deed signed by William Daniel Baker of Adams, John Baker and wife Patience and Elizabeth Smith, wife of Luther of New Feliciana.
