She was much younger then Jesse Anderson. She was 22 and he was 62 when they married, according to their prenuptial contract. Jesse gave her property in Wichita and she signed away any rights of inheritance to his estate.

Grace married Jesse Anderson Seitz, son of Henry Anderson Seitz and Mary Ann Keck. (Jesse Anderson Seitz was born on 10 Jul 1854 in Carisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,² died on 21 May 1933 in Anson, Sumner County, Kansas ² and was buried in Anson - Austin Cemetery, Sumner County, Kansas ².)
