My G Grandfather I.J. Fuller conducted Mariah's funeral in 1911. My notes show that both Mariah and son David are buried in one of the Greathouse cemeteries. 1

Mariah Greathouse -nee Bailey was born July 4, 1817 and died June 29, 1911, age 93 years, 11 mos. and 25 days. She was married about the year 1832 to David Greathouse , and 12 children were born to this union., 1 son David, survives. Aunt Mariah was a pensioner of the Black Hawk war, probably the last one in the county.
