From the HARTVILLE NEWSPAPER.
" NETTIE GREATHOUSE. 45, died when her home near Grove Springs was destoryed by fire " several days ago. " She had been in poor health for some time. The morning of the fire, her husband was away on business and her son was visiting at a neighbor's house. She asked her daughter, about 12 years of age, to go get some beans for dinner. The girl told her they were all burnt up. Then she asked her to go to a neighbor's house and get some water. The girl went ater the water and when she started back she saw the house was afire. She screamed for help, but when they got there the doors were barred. They could see Mrs. Greathouse on a bed covered up. Every effort was made to get her out, but the fire was too great. It is thought perhaps she fired the house, then committed suicide. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anderson Jones, near Grove Springs."
