Frank was retired from the Army with 20 years service and also retired from Adrian Steel, in Flint, MI. He was a member of the American Legion, in Pine Grove, WV and the Moose Lodge in Warren, OH. He served in the Vietnam War.
Burial was in Moore Cemetery, Wileyville, WV. Services were by Palmer Funeral Home of Pine Grove, WV.
