Minnie Baker Hicks Winterbauer lived all over in the tri state area all her life. She was born in Winfield, Putnam, WV. They probably started out in PA, because this is where Arther was born in 1926. Then they moved to Jefferson Co., Ohio. By 1930, she lived in Ohion until after Encil's death in 1953. Scott Hicks remembers her living in Point Plesent, WV sometime in the 80's before her third husband died. Scott believes she was married, but doesn't know the second husband. She was living with Scott's aunt Letha when she died, and he believes they were living in Manor, Ohio at the time. 131
