N.H. State Papers Vol X,V Rev. Rolls Vol 1- p. 61- William Millar enlisted apr. 24. 1775 in Capt Joshua Abbott's Co., Col. John Starke's Reg't p. 182 Medford Oct. 4, 1775 - - William Millar signs 2 others, for 4 dollars as "full satisfaction for the regimental costs."
William went to Orange county, Vermont after the REvolution but before 1790. See Orange county, Vermont, Chester township, 1790 census. To Hopkinton, St. Lawrence county, New York about 1810-1815. To Wayne county, Ohio in 1820. His will was made Fayette county, Pennsylvania, February 6, 1824. Margaret Hurford, his daughter, sold land in Wayne county, Ohio in 1844.
