DOUGLAS HENDERSON. Williamson Co. Marriage books: DOUGLAS HENDERSON age 21 to NORA GREATHOUSE age 20 on 23rd March 1893. FELIX HENDERSON age 50 to MRS. NORA HENDERSON age 24 on 27th March 1896. She was from Jackson County.

Egyptian Press 30 Jan 1896: FELIX HENDERSON and MRS. DOUG HENDERSON, widow of DOUG HENDERSON, were married last Thursday evening at thecourthouse and the happy pair repaired to their cozy home near Johnson City.

FYI: Felix G. Henderson is my husband's gr-grandfather. I think that
Nora is the mother of my husband's grandfather-James Gaylor Henderson
who was born in Williamson County Illinois on 12 Dec 1897. However, the
only proof I have is a letter dated 1978 that was written by a
grandaughter of Felix in which is stated: Gaylor's mother was a
Greathouse.....I have not been able to obtain a birth certificate and
Gaylor's death certificate is not complete. ....I do know the ARLEY DOUGLAS is DOUGLAS and the FELIX G.HENDERSON married his wife NORA GREATHOUSE after DOUG was hanged....
