John J. Rector and Louisa Lovania Greathouse are buried in the Stockton Cemetery, Quay County, New Mexico. (This cemetery has a wire fence around it but is neglected. It can only be reached with a four-wheel drive. When we were there to take a picture of the Rector's tombstone, Danny Stockton drove us across a field with high dry grass and was very concerned about starting a grass fire with his exhaust.) ![]()
